Application Process
 

 

   
  • Submit a completed application and forward to the Human Resources Department (*note that some positions may also require a resume).

  • The HR Department and/or Department Manager will review all applications.

  • Interview process if you are contacted for an interview:

  • Interview

  • In-Program assessment (Residential and Community Services only).  You may be scheduled to visit a program or family if available at the time.

  • Thorough background check including:

  • Contact of all references

  • Drivers’ abstract check

  • Criminal Background Check (State and FBI)

  • Applications are reviewed by the Director of Human Resources and a decision is made based on the applicant’s qualifications for the specific position applied for.

  • Notification to the applicant of the status of application.
