Training
& Professional Development: The
Training & Professional Development Program
at AIM Services, Inc. offers comprehensive, paid,
new employee training which includes instruction
and on going support in several areas that pertain
to the direct care of the individuals we serve.
The program is administered by the Director of
Staff Development and Training, a Registered Nurse,
and two Residential Trainers that are available
to assist new and experienced employees directly
at their worksites. We also receive assistance
from various clinical staff in areas regarding
behavior management, medical management of our
individuals, program specific orientation, and
individualized service plans.
