What: Dinner, dancing, and a New Year’s celebration!
This year’s party is reserved for staff and people we support.
Dinner will be a plated sit-down dinner. Each guest has a choice for their dinner from the list below.
Dinner options are as follows:
- Chicken Cordon Bleu: Chicken breaded and stuffed with ham & Swiss cheese.
- Braised Short Rib: Slow-roasted red wine braised short rib (gluten-free).
- Penne Pasta: Tomato basil penne pasta with vegetables and feta cheese (vegetarian).
The starter will be Caesar Salad. If the meal needs to be pureed, the starter will be Applesauce. Dessert will be cheesecake.
