eVero Rep App/Web Portal Training
This is an optional virtual interactive AIM training session (Zoom) recommended for new launches, transfers to AIM, or for current individuals/representatives in need of support. During this hour session we review the AIM eVero platform accessible to individuals and representatives on the mobile app or web portal. The training includes navigating eVero app or web portal, submitting for reimbursements, managing budget expenses, reviewing staff documentation requirements, reviewing staff attendance, and document storage.

Staff Training

The training includes navigating the eVero staff app, daily shift documentation, eVero payroll process, monthly summary documentation, and submitting for staff reimbursements.
