Meet Emily and read her autobiography below,
Emily currently lives with her parents and two sisters in Cambridge, NY.
She enjoys creating all kinds of art and spending time with family and friends.
She receives services through AIM enabling her to be in the community to do things like shopping, art classes, or going to the movies.
She graduated from SUNY Adirondack last Spring and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree through CUNY School of Professional Studies, with a major in Disability Studies and hopes to become an advocate for people with disabilities.
She completed an internship with the AIM Services in the marketing department, helping fundraise and tell the experiences of AIM and its’ individuals.
With the support of AIM Services, she plans to get her own apartment, pursue her career, and live independently.
