Jill's Creations

A few days ago, Jill came to the office to set up a popup shop selling her handmade candles, jams and jellies, and t-shirts.

Jill receives services through AIM Services, Inc.’s Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver program, and her message is clear, “Open the doors, grab a hand or two, step on the path to a whole new journey; make it what you want it to be. Traumatic Brain Injury is not the end of your life.”

Jill’s passion for independence and success, has lead her to become an advocate for people with traumatic brain injuries. Through her generosity, all proceeds from her popup shop were donated back to AIM Services’ Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver program, to help others in similar situations have the opportunity to have confidence in their abilities in life.

“Just me, myself, having a traumatic brain injury, I felt it was very important to give back. To be able to help other people realize that even though they have a traumatic brain injury, they can be able to do things and still feel like they can have some sort of success in their life. That’s very important”, said Jill.
